After many concept iterations over the years, Cafe Eccell has truly been reinvented in a new, larger location with more innovations unique to Brazos County. Today, with 10,000 square feet, 112 parking spots, a 45 foot bar with lounge that seats 75, and many more amenities, Cafe Eccell has truly come home to its new Bryan address on Texas Ave in the heart of BCS.
Cafe Eccell Kitchen+Spirits focuses on a casual dining experience that is forward thinking in freshness in food and beverage. Handmade, chef driven cocktails are a new innovation we are particularly enthused about.
Cafe Eccell opened in a quaint manner and location in August of 1989, introducing wood fired pizzas and a new culinary mentality to Brazos County.
Our history is a huge part of who we are today. We love being a part of the BCS area and look forward to serving as best we can.
A key component of having quality, innovative product at a good value is having the most advanced and unique equipment.
Our pizza oven was chosen with great care and serves as a centerpiece to our restaurant. Our oven is the largest of a series of ovens made by Earthstone Ovens in Los Angeles. The advanced design in wood/gas combination provide a unique retention in thermal mass and consequently produces superior product.
